Subtitle feature UI isn't fully supported on TV (Firestick)

Steps to reproduce

The UI to add Opensubtitles accounts doesn't really work on TV devices. The on focus behaviour doesn't really work well for inputting details and submitting without making use of a mouse and some hacky workarounds to lose focus (like pressing the voice control).

Even the switch account/logout behaviour popup isn't very accessible at the moment.

Upon putting in valid credentials, trying to load subtitles from the internet doesn't work because there's no way to submit the inputted text.

Expected behavior

Most of the UI would be navigable by keyboard/remote.

Actual behavior

The UI isn't accessible for TV/remote users.

Start by reproducing the OpenSubtitles account UI on an Android TV or Firestick, including credential entry, subtitle loading, and the switch-account/logout popup. Done means the subtitle and account flows are navigable and submittable using only a keyboard or remote, without mouse or focus workarounds.
