Description
Steps to reproduce
This is what I did:
- Search for a movie/TV show (eg, "breaking bad")
- Choose HDToday source for the movie/TV show.
- Choose a season (eg, season 3)
- Choose an episode (eg, episode 1)
- Choose Streamlare as source (by default it is Streamlare)
- Click on "Source" in the player settings
- Click "Load from internet" under the Subtitle section
- Choose any of the given results
- Click "Apply"
Expected behavior
The subtitle should be visible starting from where the video was left off.
Actual behavior
Subtitle didn't show up.

Other details
I tried loading subtitles from 3 different sources and none of them worked. I even tried syncing the subtitle thinking it would work, but no luck.
This issue is kind of similar to #31 but I don't know if they were loading subtitles from the provider directly or from the internet.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on Android 11 using Cloudstream 3.1.5 at commit a58ca54, following the listed HDToday and Streamlare subtitle-loading steps. Start by tracing the player’s “Load from internet” subtitle flow and compare results from the three reported sources; done means a selected subtitle appears from the point where playback was left off.
