It will be better, if swiping right left changes tracking database library

Research direction
Start with the existing library-selection flow and identify the Android screen that displays the Anilist, Simkl, MyAnimeList, and Local libraries. Check how the current selector changes the active tracking database, then verify that horizontal swipes switch between those libraries and show the selected one without opening the selector.
