Description
Describe your suggested feature
Sometimes a movie provide or video have only one source and provide multiple qualities and audio track in tracks. But when it's come to downloading the video, it only displayed one source. We can't change the quality and audio track from tracks.
Recently, I downloaded a movie using my school's Wi-Fi, expecting to watch it at home. But the movie provider has 4 different languages. After download complete, I find I don't understand this language.
Please make a solution for that problem.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing how the download flow handles the provider's tracks, then determine where quality and audio-track choices can be exposed before downloading; done means a user can select those options instead of receiving only one source.
