Description
Describe your suggested feature
A security option that can be activated or deactivated to lock the ability for users to install / uninstall extensions and or repos, either on accident or on purpose therefore requiring a passcode or toggling the setting off to allow such actions. I guess in simpler terms, a parental control feature for installing / uninstalling repos/extensions.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the Android app's extension and repository installation and removal flows. Define how activation, deactivation, and passcode protection should work, then identify the affected settings and UI entry points. Done means users cannot install or uninstall extensions or repositories while the lock is active, and can restore access through the chosen control.
