Limited Substitle Option on Android TV

Steps to reproduce

I have cloudstream in my android phone and android TV. I have a problem where the subtitle option in android phone has multiple option but not android TV where it only listed "Indonesian".

For example, when i want to watch "Atlas"

This is in my Android Phone.

While, This is in Android TV

As you can see I only have "Indonesian" listed on subtitle option in Android TV while multiple language in Andorid Phone.

How to fix this?

Expected behavior

It should happen that both Android Phone and Android TV listed subtitle with multiple language option like on my Android Phone.

Actual behavior

I have try uninstall, reset the option many times. The problem still remain the same on my Android TV.

Both cloudstream version on Android TV and Android Phone is 4.30.-PRE
My Andorid TV and Android Phone is Android 11 version.

Start by reproducing the subtitle selection difference on Android 11 using Cloudstream 4.3.0-PRE on both a phone and Android TV. Compare the available subtitle options and collect the missing Android TV logcat details; done means both devices expose the expected multiple language options or the remaining limitation is documented.
