Description

Context: #1442 #1469

Do the same for functor and object method.

We can do this after the new release. Or not do this at all. The visual equivalence with type declaration is kinda nice. Low-pri for now

Research direction

Start with the parser entry points for let foo(bar) = 1, then read the context in issues #1442 and #1469. The scope includes the corresponding functor and object method forms, but completion depends on deciding whether the syntax should be removed after the release or retained.
