Description

Hi. I'm using swiftlint for a long time and using autocorrect (--fix) every build. And every build it brings at least 15 seconds.

If swiflint could save state of already corrected files and then autocorrect only modified files it would be wonderfull!

(Yes, I saw https://github.com/realm/SwiftLint/issues/1343)

Research direction

Start by tracing SwiftLint's --fix autocorrect path and review the related discussion in issue #1343. Determine how corrected-file state could be persisted and invalidated for modified files. Done means repeated builds skip unchanged files while still applying autocorrection to modified ones, with the reported build-time cost addressed.
