Description
I've inherited quite a large existing codebase. I'd like to use SwiftLint to keep the code I'm writing now sane, while I slowly update the old code. Is there a way of enabling rules only on files that are created (or modified) after a certain date?

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing SwiftLint's existing rule configuration and file-selection behavior, then determine how creation or modification dates would be supplied and applied. Done means a documented, tested way to enable rules based on a file date.
