Description

I would like statement_position to allow:

if condition { print("\(value1)") }
else { print("\(value2)") }
if condition {
    print("\(value1)")
} else {
    print("\(value2)")
}

but don't allow :

if condition {
    print("\(value1)")
}
else {
    print("\(value2)")
}

Basically, allow \n else only if the { and } are on the same line with else.

Research direction

Start at the statement_position rule and its configuration or tests. Compare the accepted and rejected Swift examples in the issue, then verify that customization permits else on a line with the surrounding braces while rejecting a standalone else line.
