Description
The migration to Swift 3 added several (unnecessary) casts such as (indexPath as NSIndexPath), calendar as NSCalendar, (textField.text ?? "") as NSString. In my opinion these casts should be avoided.

Research direction
Use the issue's Swift 3 examples as the starting cases: casts such as indexPath as NSIndexPath, calendar as NSCalendar, and textField.text as NSString. Define the rule's completed behavior as detecting and reporting unnecessary casts to Foundation reference-type counterparts, with coverage for the listed examples.
