Description
In the old dashboard we are showing a notification when the organization/project got disabled. This usually is because of the subscription going to past due or similar. The new dashboard is not showing this notification to customers, making them being confused.
Actually, when triggering a build, it just says: "There was an error starting a new build for this version" without too much context.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by locating the new dashboard's build-trigger error handling and the existing disabled-organization notification in the old dashboard, then compare their user-facing behavior. Done means customers see a clear disabled-organization message instead of only the generic build-start error.
