Add some specific styles for differentiation on community/commercial

At one point the favicon was updated for both, but I'm not sure why it changed back. This could be updated for the new dashboard and likely have some differing colors on the two sites.

We also talked about some logo or header differentiation styles. Some options:

• Addition to the logo "Community" and "Business", with same colors as favicon probably (?) Maybe use the SUI label style addition to the logo, perhaps even just use SUI?
• Add some other color element to the header
• Add a border or something with the site color
• Change the color schemes on the sites, maybe swap the primary/secondary colors
• Color the background header would be my last suggestion, I'd like to retain the same look and feel between the website and application.

Review the ext-theme templates and the new dashboard context for the community and commercial sites. First agree on one differentiation approach from the listed options, then define the affected styles and visual checks needed to confirm both sites remain consistent while clearly distinguishable.
