Description
This view is simply not linked in the dashboard admin, but we could choose to use this view still by making this UI read only when orgainzations are used for the project.
The UI might list the teams that have access and their level of access, it could also list explicit users/owners with access (reuse the list of Project.users?).
This would help illustrate the reverse relationship to teams. This is shown in the new dashboard, under the organization listing/detail views, but this view would be the most explicit UX too.

Research direction
Start with the project maintainers tab and its relationship to the dashboard admin, then compare the organization listing and detail views described in the issue. Define the read-only organization view so it shows teams and their access levels plus explicit users or owners, reusing the Project.users relationship where appropriate; done means the reverse relationship is clearly represented in the UI.
