Description
In #136 the initial UI was added, but noted there that the UI filtering
elements weren't yet added. The backend also doesn't seem to be using
django-filters yet, so we'll need to probably work that in for at least the
event type field. It might not be necessary to have other filters even.

Research direction
Review the initial UI added in issue #136 and the existing security-log backend. Check how django-filters could support filtering by event type, then identify the corresponding UI controls.
