Description
Summary
I'm trying to follow the tic tac toe tutorial and was going to use the sandbox to follow along but it requires creating an account to fork the sandbox and make edits. Cool, there's instructions for following along at home as well... Except that I download as instructed and the zip file from codesandbox is empty.
Please don't rely on codesandbox for providing the starting template; link to a github repo or other source instead. This is surely a bug in codesandbox but react tutorials should not be 100% dependent on it. Instead I'll be copying + pasting for following along at home.

Research direction
Start with the tutorial page at https://react.dev/learn/tutorial-tic-tac-toe and inspect how the follow-along-at-home instructions provide the starting files. Verify the downloaded starting template is usable without relying on CodeSandbox, then confirm the page points to a working alternative source.
