Description

Hello, I am reading the changelog of eslint-plugin-react-hooks@6.1.0 and there is nothing mentioned about the merge of eslint-plugin-react-compiler into eslint-plugin-react-hooks? I remember that this was announced some months ago? Was this postponed and should we still use two separate npm libraries in this case? It is unclear in the changelog and also not mentioned in the blogpost? https://react.dev/blog/2025/10/01/react-19-2?ck_subscriber_id=3276803882&utm_source=convertkit&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=%E2%9A%9B%EF%B8%8F%20This%20Week%20In%20React%20#eslint-plugin-react-hooks

Research direction

Start by comparing the eslint-plugin-react-hooks@6.1.0 changelog with the linked React 19.2 blog post and the issue's question about eslint-plugin-react-compiler. Done means the documentation clearly states whether the plugins merged, whether separate npm libraries are still needed, and updates the relevant changelog or blog documentation.
