Description

Summary

Link for FrameworkElement usage docs points out to Windows Desktop 7 that is not the latest anymore. It's better to use link without version, to point out to the latest

Details

Link for FrameworkElement under the "Deep Dive" leads to the version 7 of the Windows Desktop, but there are Windows Desktop 8 and Windows Desktop 9 RC 2 released. It may be better if the link don't use version of the environment

Research direction

Open the React documentation page at the reported URL and inspect the Deep Dive link for FrameworkElement. Verify the Microsoft documentation target and update it so it does not pin Windows Desktop 7; done means the link reaches the current unversioned documentation.
