Research direction

Open src/content/reference/rules/components-and-hooks-must-be-pure.md at lines 236-241 and inspect the example that produces the reported TypeError. Correct the documentation example so it no longer assigns to a constant, then verify that the example is valid JavaScript and does not produce the reported error.
