The issue is present in screen widths between 1560 and 1024 pixels in Firefox.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by opening the beta docs blog page and reproducing the layout problem in Firefox and Chrome at widths from 1024 to 1560 pixels; done means the page is responsive across that range without the reported issue.
