Description
Hi, there I'm a fan of programming with the Javascript library, React.js. Beside that I noticed that the docs sites of all other frameworks/libraries, like Vue.js, Angular, Svelte..., are Progressive Web Apps (PWA's). By myself I love Progressive Web Apps and commonly used them installed on my pc. I would recommend to make the docs of React.js progressive too.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing the React documentation site's current architecture and how its framework/library documentation compares with the referenced Vue.js, Angular, and Svelte sites; done means agreeing on a concrete PWA scope and implementation plan.
