Description
I am just learning react, and i wonder what is the difference below when the Component is just a stateless Component?
function Component({isLoading, children}) {
if (isLoading) {
return <div>{children}</div>
}
return "nothing"
}
<Component isLoading={true} children="children" />
vs
Component({isLoading: true, children: "children"})

Research direction
The issue names no documentation file, test, or entry point. Treat it as a documentation question: identify the appropriate React documentation location, then explain the two invocation forms and their implications clearly. Done means a newcomer can understand the distinction and when each form is appropriate.
