RSD seems to be the future, Once someone releases a UI library will trigger huge adoption
Coming to this Feature request:
A generic Virtualized component (for large lists, tables etc)
may be leveraging the new experimental virtualview on native side https://reactnative.dev/docs/virtualview on native side and on web there seem to be a matured eco system already
