Description
Describe the feature request
Use font-width to select a condensed or expanded face when available. If the font being used does not offer condensed or expanded faces, this property has no effect. font-width (currently unsupported in browsers) is the proposed standard name for font-stretch (now an alias).

Research direction
The issue names no implementation file or test. Start by locating existing handling for font-stretch and related font properties, then compare it with the CSS Fonts specification linked in the request. Done means font-width can select condensed or expanded faces when available and has no effect when they are unavailable.
