Research direction
The report concerns the React Native Image component on iOS with React Native 0.79.2 and Expo SDK 53.0.9, but names no source files or tests. Start by obtaining the missing mandatory reproducer and confirming the defaultSource behavior; implementation scope and a meaningful done condition cannot be determined until the failure is reproducible.
