Text cut off on Android 13+

Description

Text is cutting off vertically on Android 13+.
Tested both on old and new arch.

Start with the linked Snack reproducer and run it on Android 13+ using SDK 31 and SDK 33, comparing old and new architectures. Investigate the Fabric text-rendering path for the ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ test case; done means the text is no longer vertically cut off on the affected Android versions.
