iOS Speech-to-text clears input after pressing the space during speech

Description

When using TextInput with multiline=true, after using speech-to-text to input text, if you enter Space, The speech-to-text inputted text is deleting.
This flow works well when we use a 1-line TextInput

Steps to reproduce

1. Run any RN app with a TextInput
2. Tap the text input
3. On the iOS keyboard, tap the microphone icon
4. Say something
5. Tap the Space button on the Keyboard

Start by reproducing the issue with a multiline TextInput on iOS using the reported speech-to-text and space-key sequence. Trace the TextInput native handling involved in speech input and editing, then verify that dictated text remains after pressing Space and add regression coverage if an existing test entry point is available.
