Description
Description
Android and IOS exhibit different behaviors in the following scenario: a textInput with a thick border and flex:1, within a view with flex:1.
On Android, the border is not taken into account to determine the size to allot to the textInput.

Steps to reproduce
In the example below, the text is below the textInput's border on web and iOS, but above the border on Android, leaving almost no room for the textInput's background.

Research direction
Start with the Snack reproduction linked in the issue and run it on Android, iOS, and web. Compare the TextInput layout in the supplied nested View example, especially the 20px top border, flex:1 sizing, and multiline text placement. Done means the platforms account for the border consistently and the text and background render with equivalent spacing.
