Research direction

Compare the MacOS release packages for React Native 0.82 and 0.83, focusing on the reported presence of hermesc and absence of hermes. Review the package contents and the provided react-native info output to establish whether the binary is missing or located elsewhere. Done means the binary’s expected location or packaging behavior is confirmed and documented in the issue.
