Placeholder's TextInput breaking lines after change on Android

Description

When component start, works fine. After change value from <TextInput /> and delete it, the placeholder appears, passes 1 second and it break line.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Access snack and set Android
2. Type on TextInput to disappear placeholder
3. Break placeholder

Expected Results

Placeholder not break line after disappear

Start with the linked Expo Snack and reproduce the issue on Android by typing into the TextInput, deleting the value, and observing the placeholder after about one second. Compare the result with the expected behavior: the placeholder should not break onto a new line.
