Keeping Mute Action in sync with Device and Remove duplicate functions exported to React Native

Today I used patch-package to patch react-native-callkeep@4.3.16 for the project I'm working on.

Here is the diff that solved my problem:

This issue body was partially generated by patch-package.

Start in android/src/main/java/io/wazo/callkeep/RNCallKeepModule.java, reading reportNewIncomingCall, displayIncomingCall, startCall, and setMutedCall. Compare the issue's diff with the surrounding method declarations and verify that mute state reaches the device while only the intended React Native methods remain exported.
