Research direction

Start with the linked example and reproduce the first incoming-call attempt after restarting an iPhone 13 on iOS 17.4.1 with CallKeep 4.3.12 and React Native 0.73. Done means the first incoming call after restart is triggered or received reliably, rather than only succeeding on a later attempt.
