example project not working

• I've checked the example to reproduce the issue.

Description

I downloaded the example and installed the npm packages. Then I ran npm run android command and it gave the following error

Start in the example project by reproducing the failure with npm run android, then inspect the reported expo-constants/android/src/main/java/expo/modules/constants/ConstantsService.java error and its Android dependencies. The issue is done when the example builds and installs successfully without the missing androidx.annotation.Nullable compilation error.
