Description
If we want to give the functionality to retry to all upload requests or some based on some condition, we can have something like this:
const uploadRef = useRef(null)
const reUpload = () => {
uploadRef.reUpload()
}
<Upload
ref={uploadRef}
customRequest={customRequest}
...
</Upload>

Research direction
Start by tracing the Upload component's ref handling and customRequest flow to determine how upload requests are tracked and retried. Define the expected behavior for reUpload, including whether it retries all requests or only those matching a condition, then add coverage showing that the ref-triggered operation retries the intended requests.
