Description

Research direction
Start by locating the onMouseEnter and onMouseLeave handling in the trigger implementation and inspect how externally controlled visibility interacts with the popup layer. Define the expected prop-passing behavior, then verify that moving between the trigger and popup can hide and show the popup correctly.
