Description

Steps to reproduce:
1 - Add rc-trigger with 'hover' action property to page.
2 - Add input element to page.
3 - Start a selection in input element by mouse
4 - Without releasing the mouse button, hover over the trigger. The popup will be displaying. Take away the mouse but the popup will be displaying still.
