Description

When the dropdown renders on top, elements are not responsive. Elements and tree nodes cannot be clicked as it has "pointer-events: none" in the dropdown list container.

Research direction

Reproduce the TreeSelect case where the dropdown renders on top, then inspect the dropdown list container and its pointer-events behavior. Verify how that style affects clicking other elements and tree nodes; the issue is done when those targets respond normally in the top-rendered state and the regression is covered by the relevant component test.
