Reproduce the behavior in the Ant Design Tour demo at https://ant-design.antgroup.com/components/tour-cn: select the shown tour, move the target out of view, hide it, and trigger the tour. Inspect how the tour handles an off-screen target and its default scrolling behavior. Done means the tour scrolls to an off-screen target in a reasonable way.
