Research direction
Start by comparing the v10 and v11 tab navigation behavior, focusing on the dropdown that replaced the navigation arrows. Identify the tab overflow entry point and determine how arrows should work on each side. Done means v11 provides usable navigation arrows matching the requested v10 behavior, with the relevant behavior covered by tests if available.
