Description

The "title" prop is deprecated, and "caption" prop recommended.
Also, I saw the PR #856
However, rc-table's title and caption works differently. codesandbox

image

When move scroll-x, caption follow the table, but title doesn't.

I need title, please don't deprecate it.

If this is acceptable, I can make PR.

Research direction

Start by reviewing PR #856 and reproducing the horizontal-scroll behavior in the linked CodeSandbox. Compare how rc-table currently handles the title and caption props, then define the expected behavior for retaining title and verify it with a regression check.】【。}
