Description
I just want to note here that the alpha releases for 10.0 are the default installation from npm. And it breaks a bunch of things (Range import doesn't work, for example). I would make sure that NPM is pointed to v9.7.5

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by inspecting the repository's npm package metadata and published version configuration, comparing the default install with v9.7.5. Done means a default npm install resolves to v9.7.5 rather than the 10.0 alpha and the reported Range import breakage is addressed.
