Description
Hello, I have the following problem.
There is an edge case that happens when range slider handles overlap and due to that the user gets stuck. Even in my best attempts I was unable to select the lower end of the slider to drag it open.
I was able to recreate this once is the rc-slider demo. I also noticed, that it only happens on one side of the range slider.
I am using rc-slider version 9.6.2 and createSliderWithTooltip(Slider.Range) component.
I did not find any related issue, any clues on how to fix this?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the overlap case in the rc-slider demo with createSliderWithTooltip(Slider.Range), using the reported one-sided handle behavior as the focus. Done means overlapping handles no longer become stuck and the lower handle can be dragged apart from either side; no source file or test is named in the issue.
