Description
I have a need to create a form where there are multiple sliders. I have not used this component extensively so this may be available currently and I don't know where to configure it. The issue is that I need to dynamically create a new form field that has a slider associated with it so being able to have a name associated with the slider so when the data comes back I can identify which form field has new data with it. Thanks for the help!
