step
- use Grid component & DatePicker component & other component
- when grid layout change (DatePicker position change & width change ), popinner not recaculated
- when popinner show , it's size is old

Research direction
Reproduce the issue using the Grid and DatePicker components, then inspect the popInner sizing behavior when the grid layout changes position or width. The fix is done when popInner recalculates its size when it opens instead of showing the previous dimensions.
