Description
Hello,
The overflowed submenu its positionally hardcoded and can't be managed. If we can pass the prop from the menu like "OverflowedPopupOffset" we should be able to control the position of this submenu.
thanks!

Research direction
Start by locating the overflowed submenu and the menu prop-handling entry point, then compare how existing popup offset options are passed through. Done means the overflowed submenu position can be controlled by a menu-provided popup offset, with the behavior verified in the relevant menu tests if available.
