Description
I think useForm or the form instance should return the values and errors when a field value changes. In my case I would like to disable a button if any field has error, and right now it's not possible since getFieldsError() will not always be updated on every render.

Research direction
Start at the useForm and form-instance APIs, then inspect how getFieldsError() is updated across renders and field-value changes. Done means consumers can obtain current values and field errors when a field changes, including the case of disabling a button when any field has an error.
