Description
Hello!
I would like the panel to be scrolled into view (if it is not in view) when the user clicks it.
I cannot get the DOM element by applying ref to the Collapse or Panel component.
Kindly advise. Thanks!

Research direction
Start by reading the Collapse and Panel component APIs and how click events and refs are handled. Determine whether the requested behavior belongs in the component or in consumer code. Done means a clicked panel can be scrolled into view when needed and the supported ref behavior is clear.
