Description

I understand it's Wiki, but maybe it should be more locked down.

The change added the "Rclone for Windows" button to the main Wiki page and many other pages. The button pointed to some suspicious-looking location.

Research direction

Review the linked GitHub Wiki comparison and the issue history, starting with the reverted "Rclone for Windows" change and its suspicious destination. Determine what wiki lockdown or moderation change is actually intended; done requires a maintainer-approved response that addresses untrusted edits and prevents a recurrence.
