Research direction

Start by reproducing the Restaurant Customise screen on an iPhone 15 Pro with a restaurant whose default items have no images, then test the Special Instructions field with the keyboard open. Inspect the screen's header and keyboard-avoiding behavior; done means the UI stays below the header and does not shift unexpectedly.
