Research direction

Start by reproducing the flow from placing an order through preparation in the restaurant app, then inspect the order-closing, rider handoff, and beep behavior. Done means the rider is involved before the order closes and the beep ends at the appropriate time; no source files or tests are named in the issue.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
